- Your return must be in sellable condition. Open and/or used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and refund issued.
- If personalized with name or logo, will be charged 1/2 price of product.
SHIPPING INFO
Please provide a physical street address for the shipment of merchandise orders. Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days and tracking is provided via email when the order ships. Delivery usually takes an additional 3-4 business days. Keep in mind, some orders may require an additional business day to process, and some locations can require 7-10 business days for delivery.
